How do I place an order?

Saaj, our planner, helps you work out a budget and keeps track of what is still to arrange. For anything specific you cannot find, contact us and our team will source it for you.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing an order, from your Orders page. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, report it within 3 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
