This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product that you have purchased through the Vivahsaj platform (https://www.vivahsaj.com/). Vivahsaj is the seller of all products listed on the platform, operating under a Principal-to-Principal model. Please read this policy carefully.

Order Confirmation Window

When you place an order on Vivahsaj, your payment is collected upfront. We then enter a 24-hour order confirmation window during which we confirm the order with both you and the vendor/supplier.

Free Cancellation: If you cancel your order within this 24-hour confirmation window, you will receive a full refund of the product amount.

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation terms depend on the stage of your order:

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. The 10% cancellation fee is applicable after the 24-hour order confirmation window has passed.

Cancellation by Vivahsaj

If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability, vendor issues, or any other reason attributable to us, we will:

  • Notify you immediately with the reason for cancellation
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Your Protection: As the seller on this platform, Vivahsaj takes full responsibility. If we cancel your order, you receive a 100% refund — no deductions.

Non-Cancellable Items

Sundarbans Innovation Pvt. Ltd. does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food-related supplies, and similar products once the order has been confirmed and preparation has commenced.

However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory or the product is found to be defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, report it to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. The request will be reviewed and verified, after which a refund or replacement will be processed. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved by Sundarbans Innovation Pvt. Ltd., it will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges on Vivahsaj are communicated separately (after shipment or at the time of delivery) since the charges depend on the size of goods and mode of transport used. Once shipping charges are levied, they are non-refundable.

  1. Log in to your Vivahsaj account and go to your Orders page
  2. Select the order and click “Request Refund” or “Cancel Order”
  3. Provide the reason for your request and any supporting information
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
