Shipping & Delivery Policy

Products purchased on Vivahsaj are shipped directly by the vendor/supplier to the delivery address you provide at checkout. The vendor arranges the appropriate shipping method based on the size, weight, and nature of the products.

After you place an order, we enter a 24-hour order confirmation window during which we confirm the order with both you and the vendor. Once the order is confirmed, the vendor will dispatch the product as soon as possible.

At checkout, you pay the product price only. Shipping charges are communicated separately — either after the product is shipped or at the time of delivery — because:

• Wedding-related products can be large or heavy (e.g. equipment, furniture, decor items)
• Shipping costs vary depending on the mode of transport used (freight, courier, etc.)
• Distance and delivery location significantly impact costs

Products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.

Vivahsaj shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather, or force majeure events
• Government restrictions or local regulations
• Courier or transport company delays
• Vendor-side dispatch delays

If you believe your order has experienced an unreasonable delay, please contact our customer support and we will investigate the matter with the vendor.

You will receive email and/or SMS notifications at each stage of your order:

If a product arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition:

1. Do not accept the package, or note the damage before signing
2. Contact us within 24 hours with photos or video proof
3. Provide your order number and details
4. We will investigate and resolve the matter as per our Return Policy
